Shaun Mehtani (SM) was traveling through Australia at the age of 22 when he met a bar consultant named Grant Collins of Bar Solutions and tasted his first ever Grilled Pineapple & Cracked Pepper Martini.

At that moment, it became his mission to bring that drink along with Grant's other delicious concoctions to Morristown.

One year later on his 23rd birthday, Shaun opened SM23 to rave reviews including a spot in the Top 100 Bars & Nightclubs in Nation 2008 by Nightclub & Bar Magazine.
